Founder and President- Manav Midha
Founder and President of Study∙Jump∙Smile, Manav is a high school senior at Cincinnati Country Day School in Cincinnati, Ohio. Manav was inspired to help children in their educational and lifestyle development after tutoring a family of four siblings. Besides operating Study∙Jump∙Smile, Manav is involved in clinical psychiatry research at the University of Cincinnati, is on the Executive Board of the nonprofit organization Siblings with a Mission, serves as a "Staff-O" for the Ohio Association of Student Councils, and is a member of the Youth Council for Suicide Prevention at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. In his free time, Manav enjoys playing tennis, having political discussions, and reading non-fiction.
Languages and History Tutor - Jack Sullivan
Languages and History Tutor at Study-Jump-Smile, Jack Sullivan is a senior at Cincinnati Country Day School. He has experience tutoring students in Spanish through the Students Helping Students program, and works weekly serving the Greater Cincinnati Latino community at the Su Casa Hispanic Center. Jack is the captain of CCDS Academic Team and the Chair of CCDS Model UN, as well as the president of GATEway. Jack is really excited to share his passion of language with children through this program.
Math and Languages Tutor - Anushka Nair
Math and Languages Tutor at Study-Jump-Smile, Anushka Nair is a junior at Cincinnati Country Day School. She has extensive tutoring experience in math as a Mathnasium tutor, as well as science as an active Science Olympiad competitor (Astronomy, Fossils, Fermi Questions, and "Sound of Music"). She also is a member of the CCDS Varsity Track Team, winning 4th Place in the 2018 OHSAA State Track Meet 4x200 event and beating school and conference records in the process. She is excited to work with kids at Study-Jump-Smile, and looks forward to teaching others.

English Tutor - Rose Joffe
English and Younger Students' Tutor at Study-Jump-Smile, Rose Joffe is a sophomore at Cincinnati Country Day School. She is an avid writer for "The Scroll," the CCDS student-led newspaper and a volunteer at the Kennedy Heights Arts Center. She is also a competitive figure skater, As a tutor for Study-Jump-Smile, Rose looks forward to building relationships with and helping kids.

Operations Manager at Study-Jump-Smile, Laney Stapp is a junior at Cincinnati Country Day School. She has several years of experience working with small children as a babysitter and after-school caretaker. In addition, she is actively involved in the CCDS Model UN team and the Alumni Leaders Program. She is excited to help develop the Study-Jump-Smile program.
